I spent much of my childhood at my mother’s hip, watching her make endless meals for our family & friends, surrounded by clover necklaces, bare feet, lightning bugs, and cotton candy colored sunsets. Much of my inspiration for Sophie’s Mixes can be traced back to those summers at my family’s lakeside cabin in East Tennessee. My daughter Sophie was attached to my hip as I created these mixes and treats for you. And years later, it’s still about family and still about friends…and more time to enjoy those cotton candy colored sunsets with them.
