SPICY FIESTA MIX

The perfect spicy topping for your homemade tacos, enchiladas & fajitas!  Try as a sandwich spread or use as a baked potato topper!


SPICY RANCH DRESSING (by Amy Walls)

  • Mix together in a bowl:

    ½ cup sour cream

    ½ cup buttermilk

    2 teaspoons Dilly Dip Mix

    3 teaspoons Spicy Fiesta Mix

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

    Mix & Refrigerate!


BACON DIP

Makes a hearty dip for crackers & veggies (stuff that celery!) for camping, boating & also the couch! Makes a great topping for baked potatoes & a nice addition to your potato salad!


POTATO “SKINS”

Brush a baking sheet with olive oil, slice potatoes, then brush them with olive oil on both sides. Bake in a 375 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven & add grated cheese, SM Bacon Dip, and a bit more cheese. Bake another 5 minutes or so until cheese is melted. Top with onions before baking or garnish with chives if desired. Mix some bacon dip into sour cream for the perfect potato dip! This can be used as a side dish or as an appetizer!


DILLY DIP MIX

Make the dip as directed and fold into your potato salad for a fresh tasting Dilled Potato Salad (or use the Dilly mix with mayo instead!) & top with fresh dill! Dilly Dip makes a great sandwich spread!  Sprinkle on (or serve along side) your grilled or baked chicken & seafood!


SUMMER GAZPACHO (by Michael Ann Begley)

Chop all the veggies up very fine. Mix together & chill. Top with sour cream or Greek yogurt.


GARLIC & HERB CHEESE SPREAD

Make a delicious cheese ball, or enjoy on warm bread or a toasted bagel! Mix with softened butter for a fabulous herbed butter!  Mix into your pasta sauce, roasted potatoes & homemade breads!
